To provide Registered Marriage Celebrant services to (you) the couple in accordance with the Code of Practice for marriage celebrants.
To attend and conduct the marriage ceremony at the agreed time, date and place. Arriving to set up any equipment no later than 30 minutes prior to the start time.
Provide a rehearsal if requested, if there are any additional associated costs such as travel or accommodation these will be communicated.
That in the unlikely event Sara Holt is unable to conduct the ceremony for any reason, you will be notified as soon as possible and all reasonable efforts will be made by Sara to assist the parties to arrange for the ceremony to be completed by another registered marriage celebrant.
1. A refund of fees will be paid by Sara Holt.
2. Sara Holt will transfer the lodged Notice of Intended Marriage to a registered marriage celebrant.

They fully understand the legal requirements for entering into a valid marriage and they are legally permitted to marry each other.
They convey expectations for ceremony script in a timely manner and finalise, within reason, the script 7 days prior to the ceremony.
To pay the agreed booking fee at the time of submitting the Notice of Intended Marriage and payment in full 48 hours prior to the ceremony.
1. By paying the deposit the couple agrees to the T’s & C’s set out.
To provide all requested original documentation including accredited translation documentation 48 hours before the ceremony.
That in the unlikely event of Sara Holt being unable to conduct the ceremony all original documentation will require sighting by the replacement registered celebrant.
To advise of any change of date, time and venue in a timely manner. Sara Holt reserves the right to terminate the agreement should she be unable to conduct the ceremony due to the change and retain any fees paid to date.
